1. Return Window

You may return most physical products (books or bundled sets) within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition with original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable digital products (PDFs, eBooks)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

3. Return Process

  1. Email study@pioneerventures.tech with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. You must return the product within 7 days of receiving instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank and credit card provider. If issues persist, contact us directly.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If a replacement is needed, email us to request an exchange of the same product.

7. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for high-value returns.
